Our fantastic team meet you at the airport, and after a week filled with many activities you will leave Natal with first hand investor information not included for the normal traveller. You will know about the buying process, tax regulation, health care, the English speaking school, Brazil´s culture, political system and issues, sightseeing in Natal and the coastline, visa regulations etc.
We arrange a unique trip to the area where the resort is located, just outside the small fishermen's village São Miguel do Gostoso where we will stay over. All our activities are at cost price for you.
Just remember to bring your camera, sun cream and some comfy shoes, we will do the rest. A relaxed, informal business trip is the best way to describe it. We will explain all the details including total costs, annual costs, legal formalities, letting potential, furniture packet, tax issues, return on investment etc.
We offer advice and answer questions you have about the region and about buying property in Brazil. The village

The Touros region has, historically speaking, some of the most famous Natal beaches. It is where the first Portuguese expeditions landed in this continent. Close to Touros you find one of the most famous lighthouses in South America, and several coral reefs with waters so clear that it allows snorkelling visitors to observe the small colourful fishes feed from seaweed formed on the corals. The village São Miguel do Gostoso is located here, on “the shoulder of the continent” with its calm sea behind peninsula Ponta de Santo Cristo. This kilometre long bay is considered as one of the best places in the world to practice kite- and windsurfing, because of the steady winds and warm calm waters.
The village São Miguel do Gostoso is surrounded by dense coconut groves, and is located within walking distance from the resort. The always smiling inhabitants put their pride in keeping their village as one of the cleanest along the coast. The 11 pousadas (B&B) here receives guests from all over Europe and is as well very popular among the Brazilian tourists. Many restaurants in the village offer homemade cuisine with fresh and organically grown ingredients from the many farms around, or delicious plates based on last night’s catch from the local fishermen. In the many bars it is nice to meet and discuss the last tricks in the water or plan the following day’s beach buggy tour along the never ending sandy beaches towards the north.
