The complex is situated next to a beautiful natural lake full with wildlife and minature turtles. The whole area is very peaceful and secluded and for all of the owners complete privacy as the complex will be completely secure with entrances only through the garage and gardens through intercom. Just around the corner there is a beautiful white sandy beach, the picture is above and. the complex will offer a communal swimming pool, landscaped gardens, gym and full service facilities to include telephone,hi speed internet, and cable TV. Garages for private parking are located under the building. The capital George town is a short 5 minute drive. Bars and restaurants are scattered throughout the island and presently the nearest is a 10 min walk.
A short 10 mins drive to the International airport of Exuma where you can catch a flight to. the USA, Nassau and Cuba. Exuma is just over an hour from the USA and 40 minutes to Nassau.
Tourism
Tourism is largely made up from US, Canadian and English nationalities, who visit on a regular basis over 12 months of the year. Large groups come for deep sea fishing and diving, many couples get married and spend their honeymoons on the island. The average nightly rental charge on the island varies from $200 per night - $700 per night for a 1 bed apartment. There is a distinct lack of quality accommodation on the island at present and once the apartments are constructed they should enjoy a healthy income from rentals most of the year round. Full rental services are available to all buyers who wish to rent out their apartment

Block A (left) 1st phase consists of 10 apartments all 2 bed, 2 bath. .Each apartment will include kitchen appliances and air conditioning. Furniture is not included unless by request and an extra payment of $30,000 is to be included into the purchase price and will include customs duty.
