With its population of over 80 million (2007) Egypt is one of the most famous ancient civilizations in the world. It is home to some of the most famous monuments in the world along with the most well known of the Seven Wonders of the World – The Great Pyramid of Giza.
Egypt has so much to offer tourists, take the Nile Cruise, go Scuba diving in the Red Sea or tour the Valley of the Kings. With so much to offer as a holiday destination it is no wonder investors are taking such a keen interest in its main tourist spots, such as the capital city of Cairo, The Red Sea Riviera, Sharm El Sheikh and the wondrous Luxor.
The country itself is regarded as an important political and cultural nation of the Middle East. It has a fast growing tourism sector which is greatly increasing the number of investors to the country taking advantage of the rising property prices (capital growth) and the growing rental market, although at the moment property in Egypt remains low and affordable.
